Unbeatable Price
Our most economical option, starting at just $75. Perfect for budget-conscious buyers who need functional storage without premium pricing.
Structurally Sound
Each tank is inspected for structural integrity. While cosmetically worn, these tanks are fully functional and ready for immediate use.
Visible Wear
Expect scratches, scuffs, stains, and surface discoloration. These cosmetic issues don't affect functionality but allow us to offer incredible value.
Leak-Tested
Every Grade C tank undergoes leak testing to ensure it will hold liquids properly. No leaks guaranteed, despite the weathered appearance.

By choosing Grade C, you're giving these tanks a second life and keeping them out of landfills. Sustainable and economical.

Perfect for warehouse storage, construction sites, farms, and industrial facilities where appearance isn't a priority.

Perfect Use Cases for Grade C Tanks
Grade C tanks excel in applications where functionality matters more than appearance.
Rainwater Collection Systems
Collect and store rainwater for garden irrigation, livestock watering, or non-potable uses. Cosmetic wear doesn't impact water storage capability.
Composting Operations
Store compost tea, liquid fertilizers, or organic materials. The weathered appearance is actually ideal for agricultural and composting environments.
Construction Site Storage
Store water for dust control, equipment washing, or concrete mixing. Perfect for job sites where durability and price matter most.
Farm and Ranch Applications
Animal watering, equipment cleaning, pesticide storage, or irrigation systems. Farms need function over form, and Grade C delivers.
Waste Collection and Recycling
Collect greywater, industrial runoff, or recyclable liquids. The existing wear means you don't worry about damaging a pristine tank.
Workshop and Industrial Storage
Store cleaning solutions, coolants, or process water in manufacturing facilities. Functional storage at the lowest possible cost.
Emergency Water Storage
Maintain emergency water supplies for fire suppression or backup systems. Appearance doesn't matter in emergency preparedness.
Landscaping and Irrigation
Store water for commercial landscaping operations, golf courses, or large gardens. Reliable water storage without the premium price.

Warranty Information
Every Grade C IBC tank comes with our 30-day limited warranty covering structural defects and leaks. While these tanks show cosmetic wear, we stand behind their functionality.
Our warranty covers:
- Container leaks or cracks (excluding damage after delivery)
- Valve failures under normal operating conditions
- Structural cage integrity issues
- Pallet base failures that affect tank stability
The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, or damage from improper use. Replacement tanks (when available) will be of similar Grade C condition.
Grade C Frequently Asked Questions
What does Grade C condition mean?
Grade C tanks are structurally sound but show significant cosmetic wear such as heavy discoloration, noticeable dents or bends in the cage, label residue, and weathering. These issues are cosmetic only and do not affect safe liquid storage.
Are Grade C tanks safe to use?
Yes. Each Grade C tank is inspected and leak-tested before sale. They retain structural integrity and are safe for appropriate applications—we would not sell a tank we wouldn’t use ourselves.
Can I use Grade C tanks for drinking water?
We don't recommend Grade C tanks for potable water because of prior use and age. They are ideal for non-potable water, rainwater collection, irrigation, and industrial applications.
How much can I save with Grade C vs. higher grades?
Grade C tanks typically cost 40–60% less than Grade A. On larger orders, savings can reach thousands of dollars compared with higher grades.
Do Grade C tanks have any functional limitations?
Functionally they have the same capacity (275–330 gallons) and operate like higher grades. The main limitation is appearance—they are not ideal for customer-facing areas.
Will the valve and cap work properly?
Yes. Valves and caps are tested to ensure proper operation. They may show wear and gaskets may eventually need replacement, but they are fully operational at sale.
Can I see the tanks before purchasing?
Absolutely. Visit our facility to inspect Grade C tanks in person, understand their condition, and confirm they meet your needs. Call ahead to schedule a viewing.
How long will a Grade C tank last?
With proper care, Grade C tanks can last many years. The durable HDPE bottle and steel cage hold up well; minimizing sun exposure helps extend lifespan.
What's your return policy for Grade C tanks?
We provide a 30-day warranty covering structural defects and leaks. If a functional issue arises within 30 days, we'll replace the tank. Cosmetic wear is expected and not covered.
Do you offer bulk discounts on Grade C tanks?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more qualify for additional discounts beyond standard Grade C pricing. Contact us with your quantity for a custom quote.
Can Grade C tanks be cleaned or improved?
Yes. Many customers pressure wash bottles, wire-brush or repaint cages, and remove residue to improve appearance while keeping costs low.
Are replacement parts available?
We stock replacement valves, caps, and gaskets. If you need a new valve or gasket later, we can source the right parts at reasonable prices.
